8.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, access to the Software ceases, and you must delete any copies of our Software.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be settled amicably. If no resolution is reached, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
